HAVEN HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION

Well, knock on wood, we have had a mild winter up to this point! Not as much rain as we would like to see in the North Carolina Mountain Real Estate, but we still have time to play catch up with that situation. I am starting to see bigger garden plots being plowed by land owners in the rural areas of McDowell county, must be a sign of the times. The garden centers are putting out seeds and planting potatoes for sale so it is getting close to planting time!

I am also starting to see some daffodils popping up here and there. The Western North Carolina landscape is beginning to come alive again. The property at Haven Heights is also coming alive again. A new home has been started on lot #40. The owners are anxious to see those great views of the North Carolina Mountains from their very own home on top of the hill at Lot 40! The homes foundation is finished and the subflooring is complete. The walls should be up this week as well.

Joy Nash has been in contact with the 911 addressing coordinator to have all of the lots in our subdivision given proper and permanent addresses. Up to this point each lot owner has had to obtain the address for their lot as they were purchased. Now the address will be on record before the lots are bought. This will be a plus for clients who buy North Carolina Real Estate at Haven Heights.
